Tanglewood offers one of greater Detroit's best public golf course practice areas. The Driving Range has an all grass tee area, 3 large target greens and a practice bunker. The short game practice area is something not normally offered at public courses but, Tanglewood welcomes players of all types. The chipping green allows players to work on their short game around the green with a rough area, a fairway area, and a green side bunker. The 8,000 sq.ft putting green is large enough to allow practice putting of any kind.
